Deposit Services Specialist

First Western Bank is currently seeking a computer savvy individual to join their Operations Team. Duties of this position include updating customer account records and various other file processing, as well as, verifying wires and assisting customer service team members. This position requires a high level of accuracy, completion of daily deadlines and problem solving skills.  Individual must possess good communication skills and teamwork to assist both employees and customers. Ideal candidate would have previous experience in banking and specific knowledge of Individual Retirement Accounts, however not required.  Will consider candidates without banking experience and will train on banking and compliance standards.

Customer Service Representative – Northwest Arkansas

Customer Service Representatives are the face and voice of our company serving as the spirit of our branch lobbies. Individuals in this position are responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs including: completing financial transactions, performing account maintenance and opening new accounts/services for both new and existing customers. This position has continuous customer contact which includes cultivating new business and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualified candidates should have previous customer service experience in a professional environment. One year of Teller or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

First Western Mortgage – Loan Originator

First Western Mortgage is currently seeking a seasoned and driven loan originator for their Northwest AR market. The primary goal for this position will be to self-generate mortgage loans from referral sources, company provided leads, realtors, builders, and other sources.
