Dear First Western Customer:
Over the coming weeks/months we are enhancing our online services! We are so excited about these upgrades and the benefits they will offer you. The upgraded bill pay service available on March 20 is the first of those enhancements. Another enhanced feature, starting on March 27, will be an upgrade to our eStatements service.
What does this upgrade mean for you? The process to access your eStatements is exactly the same as before! Just click on the eStatements tab and you will be sent to your statements.
The updated eStatements system gives you added functionality, such as:
– Statements will be available in HTML format as well as PDF. The new HTML format will allow you to sort your transactions in a way that works best for you!
– Add an “Interested Party” to allow access to your statements. This allows you to give access to a person, like your accountant, etc.
– Embedded into your internet banking profile. No longer do you have to open a new page to access your statements.
– Coming soon you will get access to your notices and tax documents.
We feel that this and other upcoming features to our internet banking service will help you manage your money better.
